No Responsibility for Account Suspensions or Damage:
By purchasing and using a WHYSP ("we", "us", "our") product, you acknowledge and agree that we are not liable for any suspensions or bans of your accounts or for any damage caused to your personal computer as a consequence of installing or using our software. You understand that you are using the product entirely at your own risk and discretion. WHYSP does not guarantee the safety or legality of the software in relation to third-party services or platforms.

Product Check and Compatibility:
Prior to your purchase, you affirm that you have thoroughly checked the Product Status, including its current operational state and compatibility with your system or device specifications. You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to ensure that the product is suitable for your needs and compatible with your hardware and software configurations.

Refunds and Chargebacks:
You agree that requesting a refund or initiating a chargeback may result in a permanent ban of your device from accessing or using any current or future software developed by WHYSP. In cases where the product does not perform as advertised, you understand that no extensions of service or compensatory offerings will be provided.

Termination for Competing Entities:
If you are identified as a competing entity or are affiliated with a competitor of a product you have purchased from WHYSP, we reserve the right to unilaterally terminate your subscription and access to the product. This termination can be enacted without prior notice, in order to protect our intellectual property and business interests.

Purchase Agreement:
In making a purchase, you are also agreeing to the following statement: "I acknowledge that I am buying a virtual item. I agree not to initiate any unauthorized transaction, dispute, claim, or any similar action regarding this purchase. I confirm that I have received my digital key and understand that once the key is received, I am not eligible to recover the funds transferred for this purchase."
