1. No Responsibility for Account Suspensions or Damage:
   By purchasing and using a WHYSP ("we", "us", "our") product, you acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for any account suspensions, bans, or damages to your personal computer resulting from the installation or use of our software. You accept full responsibility and understand that you are using the product entirely at your own risk. WHYSP does not guarantee the safety, legality, or compatibility of our software with third-party platforms or services.

2. Product Check and Compatibility:
   Before completing your purchase, you affirm that you have thoroughly reviewed the product's operational status and compatibility with your system or device specifications. It is your responsibility to ensure that the product meets your needs and works with your hardware and software configurations. Refunds will only be issued if the product is incompatible with your system and solely at WHYSP's discretion.

3. Refunds, Chargebacks, and Revocations:
   Refunds are provided solely at our discretion and only in cases where the product cannot function as intended on your system. Attempting to initiate a chargeback or unauthorized dispute will result in immediate revocation of all access to our software and services. Additionally, your information may be disclosed to a public database to safeguard our business.

4. Revocation of Access by Developer or WHYSP:
   Access to products may be revoked by WHYSP or the developer at any time for reasons including but not limited to:
   Attempting to crack, debug, or reverse-engineer the product.
   Sharing or distributing your account or license.
   Disclosing sensitive information about the product or its use.
   Behaving in a disruptive or abusive manner towards our team, the developer, or other users.
   WHYSP and the developer reserve the right to revoke access without prior notice if any violations occur.

5. Termination for Competing Entities:
   If you are identified as a competing entity or affiliated with a competitor of WHYSP, we reserve the right to terminate your subscription and access to our products without prior notice. This is to protect our intellectual property and business interests.

6. Data Collection and User Verification:
   By purchasing our products, you consent to WHYSP collecting and storing information necessary to verify your identity as the authorized user or recipient. This may include both public and private information, such as hardware identifiers, IP addresses, and purchase details, to ensure proper user authentication and compliance.

7. Disclosure of Information for Legal Reasons:
   Due to the nature of our business, we may be approached by law enforcement or other authorities requiring the disclosure of user information. By purchasing our products, you acknowledge and agree that we may disclose such information if legally required to do so.

8. Assumption of Risk:
   By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge the risks, including but not limited to:
   Potential account bans or penalties by third-party platforms.
   Service interruptions or limitations.
   Legal consequences resulting from the use of cheats or unauthorized software.
   You accept full responsibility for these risks and release WHYSP from any associated liability.

9. Purchase Agreement:
   By making a purchase, you agree to the following:
   "I acknowledge that I am purchasing a virtual item. I agree not to initiate any unauthorized transactions, disputes, or claims regarding this purchase. I confirm that I have received my digital key and understand that once the key is received, I am not eligible for a refund unless explicitly approved by WHYSP."

10. Intellectual Property Protection:
    All WHYSP products, software, and related materials are the intellectual property of WHYSP or its developers. Any attempts to redistribute, reverse-engineer, modify, or tamper with the software will result in immediate termination of access and potential legal action.

11. User Code of Conduct:
    Users are prohibited from sharing, reselling, or redistributing their license or account. Additionally, users must not use the product for illegal purposes, engage in disruptive or abusive behavior towards WHYSP, its developers, or other users, or disclose sensitive information about the product.

12. Jurisdiction and Governing Law:
    These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. For users located outside of Australia, any disputes shall be governed by the applicable laws in the user's local jurisdiction or Australia, as determined by WHYSP.

13. Arbitration Clause:
    Any disputes related to these terms will first be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Australian Arbitration Rules or the applicable local arbitration rules for the user’s location. Arbitration costs will be shared equally by both parties.

14. Refund Policy:
    Refunds are only granted at WHYSP's sole discretion and only if the product cannot function as intended on your system. Refunds will not be provided for cases where a key has been issued or a chargeback has been attempted.

15. Legal Compliance:
    WHYSP complies with applicable laws and may disclose user information as required to respond to legal requests, subpoenas, or other formal inquiries.

16. Updates to Terms and Conditions:
    WHYSP reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our products constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
